Inventory Movements

In this How-To you will learn how to manage and export inventory movements via the Stock and Storage Location menu item.

Movements Overview: Inventory List > Inventory Movements

1. Open Inventory > Inventory List in the POS menu.
   ⮕ The Inventory List window opens.
2. Tap on the Movements overview.
   ⮕ The Inventory Movements window opens.
   
   In the Inventory Movements window you can see the sales items that already exist in your enforePOS.

   To learn how to create inventory movements and transfer sales items from one storage location to another, see the How-To Manage Inventory.

   Next to the name and the article number of your sales item you will see the stock change. Also, the reason, the date and the time for the stock change are displayed.
   
   To learn how to filter by movements, see the How-To Manage Storage Locations.
   
3. Tap the [Storage Locations] filter, for example.
   ⮕ The Storage locations selection menu opens. In this menu, all your storage locations are displayed for selection.
4. Select the storage location for which you want to see your inventory movements.
   

   The current POS location is pre-selected as storage location. You can select up to 5 POS location at the same time.

5. Tap on . ⮕ The Recipient window opens.
6. Select a recipient from the search results, or create a new contact.
7. Tap on the Recipients.
8. Select the email address. An email with the inventory movements will be sent as a .zip file to the selected email address. The file name contains the date and time of the export.
   The .zip file contains the content.csv file, which you can open with a spreadsheet program and print.
9. Tap on [Confirm]. The email with the exported inventory movements is in the inbox of the specified email account.

Tap on to change the list view.

You will view a list of the inventory movements of your sales items summarized by sales item and type of inventory movement.

Movements Overview: Storage Locations > Storage Location

1. In the POS menu, open Inventory > Storage Locations.
   ⮕ The Storage Location window opens.

2. Tap on the Movements tab.
   ⮕ The Storage Location window opens.

   In the Storage Location window you can see the sales items that already exist in your enforePOS.

   Next to the name and the article number of your sales item you will see the stock change. Also, the reason for the stock change, the date and the time are displayed.

Sort View by Sales Item and Type of Inventory Movement

Tap on to change the list view.

You will see a list of the stock movements of your sales items summarized by sales and type of inventory movement.
