Display Features for Variant Definition

In this How-To, you will learn how to get an overview of already created features with their associated values. Your sales items that are already linked to features are also displayed here.

Show Features grouped by Type

In the Features tab, you can view all features with the associated values that you can assign to a sales item.

1. From the POS menu, open Sales > Sales Items.
2. Tap on the Features overview.
3. Tap on .  ⮕ All features with their associated values are displayed.

Sales Items with Features

In the Sales Item Features tab, you can display sales items to which features are assigned. The assigned features are displayed for each sales item. 

1. From the POS menu, open Sales > Sales Items.
2. Tap on the Features overview.
3. Tap on .  ⮕ The use of features by sales item is displayed.

Features used in Sales Items

All sales items to which features are assigned are displayed in the Features used in Sales Items tab. The sales items are sorted by types of features and you can see which characteristic values are assigned to which sales item.

1. From the POS menu, open Sales > Sales Items.
2. Tap on the Features overview.
3. Tap on .  ⮕ The use of features in sales items is displayed.

Filter by feature

In addition to the free text search Filter features ... or Filter sales item..., in which you can search for your own terms, Sales Item/ Features (depending on which tab you are in), Sales Categories and Tags are available as predefined filter criteria.

Sales Item

1. From the POS menu, open Sales > Sales Items.
2. Tap on the Features overview.
3. Tap on .
4. Tap on [Sales Item].  ⮕The Select Sales Item window opens.
5. Select the sales item(s) you want to filter by.
6. Tap on to confirm the selection.
   ⮕ The results matching your search are displayed.
7. Optional: narrow the search results by selecting additional filters.

Features

1. From the POS menu, open Sales > Sales Items.
2. Tap on the Features overview.
3. Tap on .
4. Tap on [Features].  ⮕ The Select Features window opens.
5. Select the features by which you would like to filter the results.
6. Tap on to confirm the selection.
   ⮕ The results matching your search are displayed.
7. Optional: Narrow the search results by selecting additional filters.

Sales Category

1. Open the tab Sales Item Features or Features used in Sales Items.
2. Tap on [Sales Categories].  ⮕ The Select Sales Categories window opens.
3. Select the sales categories by which you want to filter the results.
4. Tap on to confirm the selection.
   ⮕ The results matching your search are displayed.

Tags

1. Open the tab Sales Item Features or Features used in Sales Items.
2. Tap on [Tags].  ⮕ The Select Tags window opens.
3. Here, you can select the tags by which you want to filter the results.
4. Tap on [Apply]to accept the selection.
   ⮕ The results matching your search are displayed.

Reset filter

1.  Tap on to reset all filters.
