In the Service Reservation module, you will find a variety of settings for the service reservations that can be made via your online presence.
Requirements
To change the name of the service reservation module in your online presence, do the following:
In the Basic tab, you make all the basic settings for your service reservations.
In the Required Contact Details field, select which contact details your customers must provide when making an online service reservation. You have the choice between Email only and Email and Phone.
You define here the categories that will be displayed as the top-level categories. Only services that are part of these categories or their subcategories can be reserved.
If you do not select any top-level categories and enable all sales items / services for the online reservation channel, all sales categories will be displayed online. Your customers will find them in the Services section.
If you want incoming reservations to be confirmed, check the Reservation must be confirmed option.
In the reservation period you specify how far in the future a reservation can be. From at least a few minutes, to a few months at most. Choose one of the given time periods or specify a time period yourself.
In the reservation details, you select whether you want to allow special instructions and you specify the maximum number of characters.
In the Time interval section you define the time frame in which your customers can select the reservations. For example, a time frame of 30 minutes means that the beginning of a reservation is possible every half hour.
If your services are billed by time, you can specify here which duration your customer can select.
Choose here whether you want to display great category teasers in the Services tab of your online reservation page.
In the Personal Services tab, you make all the basic settings for the services that are offered via this module.
