Do you want to edit your table services? In this How-To we will show you how you can edit your table services after creating them.
Requirements
in the upper right corner.
to save your changes.In the Availability tab you make the settings for the availability of the selected table service.
Service Locations: If you have created multiple POS locations, select here at which POS locations the table service is to be offered.
Reservation Channels: Here you can choose the reservation channels at which this table service can be reserved.
Service Duration: Enter here the service duration for this table service.
Time Availability: Enter here the time availability for this table service. Example: Table service Dinner; available daily from 5:30 pm to 10 pm. This means that you offer dinner only during this time period.
Note opening hours of the Location: Enable this option if you want the table service to be reservable only during the opening hours of your location.
Automatically cancel after: Specify here the time period after which a reservation for this table service is automatically canceled. Thus, after this time period, the tables are automatically released for new reservations.
Ask for a mandatory reconfirmation: Activate this option if you want to request a mandatory reconfirmation. The customer will be asked via SMS or email to confirm the reservation within 4 hours. You can find more information about this here.
In the Tables tab you will see the previously created tables at which you can offer the table service.
Here you can add tables at which you want to offer this table service.
To do this, simply select the tables at which the table service is to be offered.⮕ You have successfully added the table to the table service.
In the Info tab you can enter further information about the table service.
You can add a short description, a description and up to 5 images to each service. These are displayed when your customers go to the service details on your online presence.
Tags: Add tags for the table service here.
Short Description: Enter a short description for the table service here. The short description appears in the details under the name of the table service.
Description: In this field you can add a more detailed description for the table service. The word Description appears as a heading for the text you enter in this field.
Product Media: You can display up to 5 images on the details page.
