Online Store - Ordering Process for the Customer - Delivery
In this How-To, we will show you an example of the process of an order for delivery that customers make on your online presence. In our example, the customer wants to pay for the order upon delivery.
Select Shop on your online presence to go to the sales item selection.
Tap on a sales category to see the related sales items or use the search function to find the sales item you want.
Select the desired sales item and the sales type Delivery.
Tap on [Add To Basket].
Enter the delivery address and tap on [Confirm]. ⮕ The sales item is added to the basket.
Tap on [Basket] to go directly to the basket.
Alternatively, tap on .
⮕ The view changes to the Basket page.
If you want, you can edit your order in the shopping basket:
Change Delivery Options
Change Delivery Options : here, you can change your delivery address, the selected store, the delivery option and the delivery time.
Change to Pickup
Change to Pickup: here, you can change from delivery to pickup and select from which store you would like to pick up your order, if the sales item is available at multiple stores.
Number of ordered sales items
Number of sales items ordered: tap on the number in front of the sales item in the basket to change the quantity.
Once you have all the sales items you want to order in the basket, select [Proceed to checkout]. ⮕ The Confirmation step is displayed.
Make the following specifications in this step:
1 - Enter your name and optionally a company name and additional information. 2 - Add your contact details. 3 - Select if your invoice address is the same as your shipping address. If this is not the case, please also enter your invoice address. 4 - Choose if you want to receive emails concerning offers, events, and news. 5 - Optionally, enter a gift card or discount code that you would like to apply to your order. 6 - Agree to the terms of service. 7 - Select the payment method and enter the payment details if necessary. In our example, we choose On delivery. 8 - Tap on [Order with payment] when you have completed all the details.⮕ Your order is completed.
Provided that you have made the appropriate settings in enforePOS, at this moment the assembly slips are printed on the receipt printer of the assigned assembly location and your team can start preparing and assembling the order.
