Online Store - Order Management

In the Order Management module, you manage everything that happens in the background in your online store. You can find all your open orders under the Active Orders menu item and your sales history under Sales History. In this How-To, we explain how to work with active orders.

Manage Incoming Orders

In the Active Orders view, you can manage your online orders, regardless of whether they are delivery or pickup orders.

  1. In the POS menu, open Order Management > Active Orders.
    The view is divided into 4 columns: Unconfirmed, Confirmed, In Assembly and Ready.

    In addition, the In Delivery column is displayed if you have activated the Track Receipt option for your online sales channel under Order Management > Order Settings in the Delivery tab.

    Capture d’écran 2024-03-01 à 09.18.51.pngIf you have activated the Confirmation Required option for your online presence in the Pickup or Delivery tab, incoming online orders are first displayed in the Unconfirmed column. Otherwise, incoming online orders are displayed directly in the Confirmed column.

    If you are unable to process the order you have received, you can cancel it in the Confirmed status. In this case, the customer will receive a cancellation notification and a credit note.

    All completed orders are then displayed in the Order History.

Display orders from multiple sales channels simultaneously

You have the option of displaying orders from several sales channels at the same time in the Active orders view. This allows you, for example, to view orders placed via your POS location and your online sales channel at a glance.

  1. In the POS menu, open Order Management > Active Orders

  3. In the following window, select the sales channels whose orders you would like to display. In our case, we choose a POS location and the online sales channel.
  4. Confirm your selection with SingleSelectionCheck.svg.
