In this How-to, you will learn how to email or print completed staff member reports.
You can email or print completed staff member reports at any time. By default, a summary is exported. In the last step you can add the contents of the Transactions tab.
To access your staff member reports in enforePOS, follow these steps:
From the POS menu, open Sales > Accounting.
In the left column, tap on History in the Staff member section. ⮕ All completed staff member reports of the logged-in staff member are displayed.
Send staff member reports by email
Tap on [].
Select Email.
Select the reports you want to send. You can send single, multiple or all staff member reports via email at the same time.
Confirm your selection with . ⮕ The Recipient window opens.
Enter the name or email address of the recipient. ⮕ The search results for your entry are displayed.
Select the desired recipient from the list of search results.
It is possible to enter multiple recipients.
Confirm your recipient list with . ⮕ The Z-Report Output Options window opens.
Optionally select the contents of the Transactions tab.
Tap on [Confirm]. ⮕ The reports are sent to the recipient(s) as a PDF. A message that the reports have been successfully sent is displayed.
Select the reports you want to print. You can print single, multiple or all staff member reports at the same time.
Confirm your selection with .
Optionally select the contents of the Transactions tab.
Tap on [Confirm]. ⮕ If you are working on your enfore device and a printer for formal invoices is connected to the enfore device, the reports will be printed.
If you are working with enforePOS for Windows or Mac or with the enforePOS Mobile Client, a dialog window opens where you can select a printer.
