You offer the sale form pickup? Then you can always adjust the preparation time for the pickups. In the settings of the Order Management module you determine the time you need to prepare the order for collection. To do this, follow these steps:
Open Order Management > Order Settings in the POS menu. ⮕ The view of the sales channels intended for order management opens.
Select the POS location for which you want to customize the pickup preparation time.
Switch to the Fulfillment tab.
In the Pickup preparation time field, specify the time you need to prepare the pickup order. You can choose between minutes, hours and days by tapping on min.
Confirm your input with . ⮕ You have successfully adjusted the preparation time for the collections.
