This How-To describes new functions and workflows that are only available in enforePOS 2. This version is exclusively available to customers participating in the enforePOS 2 Early Access program.
For example, a staff member wants to finish his shift and has open orders that he wants to release to all logged in staff members or transfer to a specific staff member? With enforePOS this is possible. You will learn how to do that in this How-To.
Release Open Orders for all Staff Members
Open the cash register in the POS menu.
Tap on . ⮕ The order overview opens.
Swipe from right to left on the order you want to release.
Tap on . ⮕ You have successfully released the open order for other devices. The order appears in the Released area.
A released order can be taken and edited by anyone logged into the same business account.
Tap the released order to load it into the basket.
Assign Open Orders to another Staff Member
Swipe from right to left on the open order to assign it to another staff member.
Tap on .
You can also transfer an unreleased open order to another staff member directly in the This Device area.
The Reassign Order window opens.
Select the staff member to whom you want to assign the order.
Check the Transfer Revenue option if you want the revenue for this order to be transferred to the selected staff member.
Tap on [Assign]. ⮕ You have successfully reassigned the open order. The assignment of the order is displayed on the order.
