You work with multiple printers and need an overview of all your print jobs? In your device manager you will find an overview of all your connected devices in the Peripheral Devices tab.
In the Print Queue tab you will find an overview of all pending and failed print jobs, which you can retry or delete if they are no longer relevant.
In the POS menu, open Business Account > Devices.
Switch to the Device Management overview.
Peripheral Devices
The Peripheral Devices tab gives you an overview of all your connected devices. Here you have the option to filter all your connected devices, so that you can, for example, display all your printers.
Show Peripheral Devices
Tap on the Peripheral Devices tab.⮕ All connected devices are displayed.
Filter Peripheral Devices
Tap on [Filter] in the Peripheral Devices tab. ⮕ The Filter window opens.
Choose the filter you want to use for the peripheral devices. In our example we choose Printer.
Confirm with . ⮕ Only the devices that match the filter are displayed.
Tap on a device to get detailed information about it.
Print Queue
In the Print Queue tab, you will get an overview of all pending and failed print jobs.
Show Print Queue
Tap on the Print Queue tab. ⮕ All existing print jobs are displayed.
Filter Print Queue
Tap on [All] in the Print Queue tab.⮕ A window opens.
Select the printer whose print queue you want to see. ⮕ The print queue of the selected printer is displayed.
Reprint Print Queue
Tap on [Retry] in the Print Queue tab. ⮕ The Retry window opens. All failed print jobs are displayed.
Select the jobs to be printed again.
Tap on [Confirm Selected Items].
Alternatively, tap on [Confirm All Items] if you want to reprint all failed jobs.
⮕ The jobs are printed again.
Delete Print Queue
Tap on [Delete] in the Print Queue tab. ⮕ The Delete window opens. All pending and failed print jobs are displayed.
Select the print jobs to be deleted.
Tap on [Confirm Selected Items].
Alternatively, tap on [Confirm All Items] if you want to delete all failed jobs.
