Display Sales from Previous Booking Periods

This How-To describes new functions and workflows that are only available in enforePOS 2. This version is exclusively available to customers participating in the enforePOS 2 Early Access program.

You continued to checkout orders while your device was offline, and now you wonder where your sales are displayed? If the owner or authorized person completes the location business day while your device is offline, your sales will be kept offline. When your device is back online, you start a new business day. Sales posted while your device was offline are assigned to the current business day. In this How-To, you will learn where the sales kept offline and the sales generated during the current business day are displayed in enforePOS.

1. Start your shift.
2. Start your device business day.
3. Open Accounting.
4. Tap on your device. The Sales tab will display the following:
   • A message indicating that there are sales from previous business days assigned to the current business day (highlighted in orange) (1)
   • The sales generated when the device was offline (in orange) (2)
   • The total revenue from previous business days (in orange) (3)
   • The sales of the current business day (in black) (4)
   • The current revenue (in black) (5)
