Immediate Pickup - Work with Discover Systems Guest Call System
You can use enforePOS with the Discover Systems guest call system. Your guests order and pay, then receive the Discover Systems pager to take to their table. You enter the pager number into enforePOS when you place the order. For the kitchen, the pager number is printed on the assembly slip.
If you are working with Order Management and the Discover Systems transmit terminal is connected to the enforeDasher via USB, you no longer need to call the pager manually. You mark the order as ready in the Order Management and the pager is automatically called.

Set up Pickup and Pager Notification for POS Location
In the POS menu, open Sales > Sales Channels.
Open the Sales Channels overview.
Tap on in the header to edit the sales channel. ⮕ The Edit Sales Channel window opens.
Tap on the Pickup field under Sales Types.⮕ The Pickup Options window opens.
Select Immediately in the Pickup Options window and confirm with .⮕ The settings are applied in the Edit Sales Channel window.
Confirm the settings with . The POS menu Order Management > Order Settings now additionally displays the Pickup tab in the POS location overview.
In the Pickup tab, scroll down to the Business Documents settings and select Pickup Advice. ⮕ The Configure Pickup Advice window opens.
Activate the Notify Pager option and confirm with .
Set up Pickup Sales Type in the Cash Register
In addition to the settings at the POS location, you must activate the Pickup sales type at the cash register.
In the POS menu, open Sales > Sales Settings. ⮕ The Register overview opens.
Tap on Pickup in the Sales Type section.⮕ The Pickup Options window opens.
Select Immediately and confirm with .
If you have enabled both Immediately and Scheduled as pickup types on your sales channel and in the sales settings, enable the Immediate Pickup is Default option to work with immediate pickup and with the Discover Systems guest call system.
Under General, tap on the Standard Sales Type field and select Pickup.
If Pickup is set as the standard sales type, all sales items will be sold as Pickup items. If the standard sales type is Over the Counter, only those sales items that have Pickup defined in the sales item properties are sold as Pickup. You can find these sales items in the Pickup tab of the cash register layout.
Install Discover Systems Transmit Terminal
Requirements
The Discover Systems transmit terminal is connected to the enforeDasher via USB
In the POS menu, open Business Account > Devices.
Tap on Connected.
Tap on [+ Connect Device]. ⮕ The Connect Device window opens. ⮕ The connected Discover Systems transmit terminal is displayed as found.
Select the transmit terminal. (The transmit terminal is displayed as configured). ⮕ The Connect USB Device window opens.
Select the device type Pager.
Tap on [Next].
Tap on [Next].
Tap on [Complete]. ⮕ The pager is configured:
To activate the transmit terminal, you must make additional settings in Order Management and at the assembly location.
Adapt Assembly Location and Order Management for Guest Call System
Requirements
You have created an assembly location
You have defined an assembly slip printer for the assembly location
You have installed the Discover Systems transmit terminal under Business Account > Devices
Open Order Management > Order Settings in the POS menu.
In the Sales Channel view, open the Fulfillment tab.
Enter the Pickup assembly location under Pickup.
Tap on the Assembly Locations overview.
Select the assembly location in the left column.
Make the following 3 settings in order to activate the transmit terminal from the Order Management:
In the Pickup tab, under Order Tracking, select Track Assembly per Order.
Under Business Documents, select Print Assembly Slip to create an assembly slip with the pager number.
Under Devices in the Paging System setting, select the connected Discover Systems transmit terminal.
Work with Pager and Order Management
Requirements
You have created an assembly location
You have defined an assembly slip printer for the assembly location
You have connected the Discover Systems transmit terminal and installed it under Business Account > Devices
If the pager notification settings are set, you will need to enter the pager number each time you place an order.
Open the cash register view and select a sales item. ⮕ The Immediate Pickup Options window opens.
Enter the number of the pager and confirm with .
Select sales items and tap on [Take Order]. ⮕ The assembly slip with the number of the pager is printed.
When the order is recorded, it is displayed in the Order Management.
When the order is ready, confirm the sales items with . ⮕ The order is deleted from Order Management. The pager is activated.
