After you have created a staff member as a resource, you can edit the staff member profile. For example, you can enter the availability of this staff member and select whether the staff member is available for reservations and if they can be reserved online. This How-To will show you how to do this.
Requirements
If you tap on in the upper right corner, you can change or add the staff member's name and short name.
Location
Select here at which location the staff member provides the services.
Sales Channels
Select here which sales channels can be used to reserve the staff member.
Availability Hours
There are Regular Hours, Special Hours and Block-out Times. You can define the regular hours for the weekdays in 15-minute steps. Under Special Hours, you can define the availability for a specific date. Under Block-out Times, by selecting a start date and an end date, you can define a time period during which the staff member is unavailable.
Available for Reservation / Reservable online
Your staff member is reservable for services both on-site and online? In this case, activate the Available for Reservation and Reservable online options in the Availability tab.
The Personal Services tab displays the services you have assigned to this staff member. If you want to change an assignment, you can do this directly in this area. You can find out how to subsequently assign services to staff members here.
In the Info tab, you can enter further information about the staff member.

Enter a short description for the staff member here.
Description
Add a more detailed description for the staff member here.
Product Media
Add an image that you would like to display on your online presence.
In the Workload overview you can see the current workload of the selected staff member.
You can filter by services as well as by date.
Tap on to select a service and create a reservation for this service in the next step. You can find out how to create reservations in the How-To Create Reservations for Walk-In Customers.
Tap on to specify a time span during which reservations cannot be made. In addition, you can specify whether existing reservations in this time span can be started.
