Reservations: Edit Staff Member Profile

After you have created a staff member as a resource, you can edit the staff member profile. For example, you can enter the availability of this staff member and select whether the staff member is available for reservations and if they can be reserved online. This How-To will show you how to do this.

Requirements

  1. Open Reservations > Resources in the POS menu.
    Here you can see your staff members, which you can define as reservable resources.
  2. Tap on the name of the staff member whose profile you want to edit. mceclip0.png⮕ The window with the staff member profile opens.

Edit Staff Identity

If you tap on Edit-15.png in the upper right corner, you can change or add the staff member's name and short name.

Workload Overview

In the Workload overview you can see the current workload of the selected staff member. 

You can filter by services as well as by date.

Tap on Plus.svg to select a service and create a reservation for this service in the next step. You can find out how to create reservations in the How-To Create Reservations for Walk-In Customers.

Tap on BlockedForReservation.svg to specify a time span during which reservations cannot be made. In addition, you can specify whether existing reservations in this time span can be started.
