In addition to online reservations received via your website, you can also create reservations for walk-in customers in enforePOS. You will learn how to do this in this How-To.
In enforePOS, you can create reservations in several ways. This How-To describes how to create reservations via Reservations > Active reservations.

Requirements
In the Add Customer Name... field, enter the name of the customer.
If you have already created the customer in enforePOS, the name of the customer will appear in the Search Results when you type it in. In this case, select the customer.
If you have not yet created the customer, tap on Create New Customer to add the name and contact details at this point.⮕ The Create Private Customer window opens.
Enter the customer's mobile phone, home phone, email and/or home address here.
Optionally, you can enter special requests. Tap on Special to do this.
