This How-To describes new functions and workflows that are only available in enforePOS 2. This version is exclusively available to customers participating in the enforePOS 2 Early Access program.
In this How-To, we give you an overview of the structure of the Order Management. You can access the Order Management in the cash register via .
All orders assigned to the active cash register as well as all released orders that you have taken but not checked out appear in the parked area. Tap on the sale to continue processing or checkout the parked sale. To create a new sale, tap on [New sale]. Parked sales give you the option of making additions or adjustments at a later date.

This area is only displayed if you have added the payment method Deferred Invoicing in the sales settings.
All sales assigned to the active cash register as well as all released orders for which the payment method Settle later was selected in the cash register appear in the Deferred Invoicing area. You can print a pro forma invoice for the sale or pay the order directly by swiping from right to left on the order and tapping on . Please note that it is not possible to make subsequent additions or adjustments to sales with deferred invoicing.
In the Collective Settlement area, you can create collective invoices by tapping on [New collective settlement] or in the top right-hand corner. You can combine sales and invoices into one invoice that have been checked out using the Deferred invoicing or Pay later payment method in the cash register.
With the Billing sales with a consolidated invoice option, you can combine sales to be settled later into a collective settlement. The total amounts of the sales are listed individually on the collective settlement. If you select the option Billing sales with separate invoices, the individual invoices for the sales are generated in addition to the collective settlement. With the Pay or pay out invoices / credit notes option, you can combine invoices to be paid later and unpaid credit notes into a collective settlement. The total amounts of the invoices / credit notes are listed individually on the collective settlement.

All canceled payment transactions assigned to the active cash register and all deferred sales appear in the On Hold area. Canceled payment processes occur if, for example, you have mistakenly selected the cash payment method when paying an invoice and then cancel both the payment and the refund process with when issuing the receipt. Deferred sales occur when you pause parked sales for later processing.

All paid, unpaid and canceled invoices appear in the sales History section.
All deliveries that have been created and are ready for collection appear in the Pickup area. You can mark the sales as picked up or cancel them.
