Management of staff members / staff member administration
Each staff member is registered with his or her own staff member profile in enforePOS.
In this How-To you will learn how to customize already created staff members profiles to your needs. Contact data, master data, time availability, time tracking and assigned cash containers - you can conveniently view and edit all this here.
Open Business Account > Staff Members in the POS menu. ⮕ You will now see all staff members that have already been created.
Select a staff member by tapping on it. ⮕ You will now see the staff member profile with the Contact Details tab.
Edit Staff Identity
Tap on . ⮕ The Edit Staff Member Identity window opens.
Add more information about the staff member here.

Profile overview
Contact Details Tab
In the Contact Details tab, you can add the staff member's contact information.
Staff Details Tab
In the Staff Details tab, you can view or edit the staff member's master data. Here you can make the following settings:
Authorization Level
Job Title
Department
Staff Number
Hire Date
All locations (you can specify the location where the staff member works on a regular basis, and additionally specify which other locations the staff member can help out at, for example).

Available for reservations
Staff Planning
Cash Container Tab
In the Cash Container tab, you can assign a separate cash container to the staff member in case the staff member does not put his cash receipts into the collective cash drawer.
Time Tracking Tab
In the Time Tracking tab you specify the interval at which the staff member's time should be accounted. You can choose between No time tracking, Daily, Weekly, Bi Weekly and Monthly.
Notes Tab
In the Notes tab, you can store personal notes for the staff member.
Time Tracking Overview
In the Time tracking overview, you get an overview of all data stored on your current timesheet, such as working time, breaks and shifts, in addition to the information on the current shift. You will also see the time tracking history.
Reports overview
In the Reports overview, you get an overview of all sales done by a staff member during the current shift. In the history, you get an overview of the sales made in the past.
Tap the entry under Current business day. ⮕ The current sales report of the staff member is displayed.

The Sales Report tab provides you with a detailed view of your staff member's sales.

In the Sales tab you will get a detailed overview of the staff member's sales.
Tab Payment methods
In the Payment methods tab you get a detailed overview of the staff member's sales sorted by payment methods.
Tab Transactions
In the Transactions tab, you will get an overview of the staff member's individual invoices. It includes Revenue, Payments, Expenses and Money Transfer.
Performance overview
In the Performance overview, you can see the sales of the staff member by day, week, month or year.
Tap on an entry to obtain detailed information for the selected period.
⮕ On the overview page, you get all information about the performance of the staff member in the selected period in detail.
Transferring owner rights to a staff member account
You want to assign the owner rights for the administration of your business account to a selected staff member, so that they can invite other staff members, for example?
You can only transfer owner rights to staff members which were created with an email and a password.
Swipe across the profile of the staff member you want to transfer rights to.
Tap on the key. ⮕ A security prompt appears.
Confirm the transfer by entering your login password. ⮕ The staff member receives an e-mail with a link under which they can accept the transfer of rights. ⮕ If the staff member accepts the transfer, the administrator rights are transferred to the new staff member.
